Leuven, Belgium - December 22, 2002
Hyperion Entertainment is pleased to announce that as of today an update of Quake 2 is available. Registered users can download an improved PPC version as well as a highly optimised 68k version (68060 and 3D card required, results on emulators may vary).
The update introduces further optimizations, a transparent Quake 2 console, an fps counter for the GL renderer and furthermore addresses two problems in the Savegame code.
We hope that you will enjoy this early Christmas present and thank all our customers for their support this year.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all our customers and fans.
